Hi, there! My Chinese name is Wang Baoze, you can also call me Wilbur. My interest in games began when I played Ballance on my first computer when I was very young, and the enlightenment work that really made me take the first step into the field of level design was Dark Souls, which is also my favorite game work at present.

I graduated from the Game Design Department of Communication University of China. I worked as a Casual Game Planner at Ohayoo Game Studio under ByteDance. I am currently pursuing a master's degree in Level Design at Southern Methodist University Guildhall.

As a level designer, I like to organically combine environmental storytelling with unique level construction to create an impressive experience for players.

I am keen on various role-playing games, whether it is a JRPG like Persona 5 or an ARPG like the Dark Souls series, or a MMORPG like Final Fantasy XIV, they are all my favorite types.

I am a fan of Japanese comic and light novels. My two favorite comics are Berserk by Kentaro Miura and BLAME! by Tsutomu Nihei. I also like the Lupin the Third series and the Monogatari series.

I like movies that give the audience a different perspective, either physically or in terms of point of view. Some of my favorite movies include The Diving Bell and the Butterfly, the Alien series, 2001: A Space Odyssey, and Hero.
